Our 1.5-acre garden has been farmed without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides since the CSA began in 1996. Spoutwood provides produce to our CSA members, our education programs, and also to restaurants and retail markets that support local and sustainable food sources.

Spring: Beets, Bok Choi, Broccoli, Carrots, Garlic Scapes, Greens, Green Onions, Herbs, Kohlrabi, Lettuce, Radishes, Spinach, Sugar Snap Peas.
Summer: Beans, Beets, Cabbage, Carrots, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Greens, Green Onions, Herbs, Lettuce, Onions, Peppers (sweet and hot), Potatoes, Summer Squash, Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Watermelons.
